Two week family holiday during the school holidays with two children aged six and eight.
We stayed in Chalet number 3, which was really nice and in a fantastic location.
The campsite overall is really nice, with lovely owners who can't do enough for you. Very child friendly - nice swimming pool, trampoline, tabletennis etc. The only thing that was lacking was a large open space for ball games/ frisbee etc. It's quite a steep campsite, so not particularly well suited to young kids bikes and definitely not scooters. The local area is very nice, amazing countryside, good for bike rides etc (bikes provided by the campsite if you want them) and the owners father does regularly guided rides for both children and adults, both on and off road!
Bread/ croissants booked daily on site (order the day before) and were lovely and you can also have either meals or takeaway at the main reception area (which doubles up as a meeting point/ restaurant).
We had a lovely stay and I'd highly recommend it.
My only observation is that the Pyrenees are at least an hours drive away and as the weather wasn't great while we were there, we headed in that direction at least four times, so I spent more time driving than I planned. That's a minor gripe - the site is fantastic and the owners lovely. Highly recommended.

We found this site on the list of sites under the Camping Natura group. This was our first visit to Haute Garonne and the site. We had a lovely week. Celine and Cyril made us very welcome, helped us plan the weeks activities and cooked us delicious meals. Camping Pré Fixe is an excellent site in rural France. Great walks and lumpy cycle rides from the site which we enjoy. Also lots of markets to stock up on some fabulous produce. We stayed with our small caravan and awning but there are also cabins that you can hire.
The site itself has large pitches surrounded by mature hedging with beautiful views across the valley. The pool area looked great although the weather was mixed so didn't spend much time there - perhaps next time! Facilities were excellent - spotlessly clean.
Thank you Celine and Cyril for a great week.

My wife and Y have been in a 'chalet' for 2 weeks during the 15 first days of May.
The 'chalet' was nice and very comfortable
Toilets are cleaned every days, may be twice.
Places for tent and caravan are large and surrounded by trees.
Children are around the warmed swimming-pool or on the jump device.
A small grocery in available in the camping
You may have your diner in the 'bistro' where Céline will prepare for you, local feeds.
Cyril will propose you local wines.
And, over all, you will benefit of a magnificent view on the Pyrénées mountains.
Don't miss this camping, it have to be visit.

Nice sized pitches, well defined with hedges. Very friendly helpul owners ( and cats!)
Nice clean sanitary facilities. Lovely little swimming pool.
Little manoeuvring room for large outfits and tracks are VERY steep with loose gravelly surface. We are well powered + motor mover and really struggled to get out!
Owners in fairness were ready to help but we wouldn't risk it again with our 7m single axle + 2l diesel VW Sharan.
Also a very noisy and uncontrolled large party of children with adults who made more noise than the kids were put into 4 chalets surrounding our pitch after our arrival. After excessive noise until 11pm we were woken by them shouting and running around at 6. 30 am. We had enough and left early after one night.
Really spoilt our stay. Owners need to think about what sort of customers they are looking for and think more carefully about where they put potentially noisy groups on what was only a 25% full site.
