We stayed over the xmas period when the weather was mainly storm following storm, however in the odd break between rain downpours the views of Loch Lomond were lovely.
Nice little site.

Lovely basic site on a working farm. Great views of the Loch, couldn't fault the location. Walking distance to pub, beers were good but food wasn't great, stick to burgers, they looked better. Bus runs along main road, we walked into town & bus dropped us back. Site has EHU & water & waste but no toilet & shower facilities. Would recommend this site if you are looking for stunning views & a site a bit out of the way.

Gem of a CL in Balmaha, ehu, no toilet or shower facilities, but we had our own in caravan so doesn't worry us. The perfect peace, fabulous views of Loch Lomond makes up for everything. Short drive or 15 min walk into village, where Oak Tree Inn serves good food and beer. Lovely walks to Milarrochy Bay close by or for the energetic, a climb up Conic Hill.
We came to visit relatives in Dumbarton and will certainly be staying here again!

We stayed here for three nights but would have been longer if we had a shower in our van (first season second hand van).
All pitches have a great view over Loch Lomond the local area is great for exploring and the site is so peaceful. Nearby Drymen has a well stocked shop and Pubs/ Hotels. You can wander off the Cashel Forest and take in the wildlife. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Loch Lomond
