 Well-located, quiet site with good access, flat pitches and friendly owners (and entertaining goats!). We used it as a handy stop off from the M1 but now plan to go back for a weekend and ride the Cloud Trail. The lack of facilities (no EHU, toilets or showers) is reflected in the price of just £7 per night. Do not use the sat nav, follow the instructions from the owners - if you end up in Breedon village, you are in the wrong place!

A very nice well maintained site with very friendly owners. Nice spaced pitches which are well drained. Perfect location for east Midlands airport, ashby m42. Will definitely be going back. Site is on old railway sidings next to old station and behind is the cloud trail foot path and cycle trail. Well worth visiting
