Quiet site, aircraft noise occasional and not a problem, good tv, wifi and phone signal. We found that the site could not cope with large numbers of campers and caravans, the waste facilities are inadequate, bins overflowing, and generally untidy. Portable showers/toilet facilities rather primitive. A downside dog kennels next door and quite noisy. Have caravanned for many years shall not return here.

We went on a very hot weekend, site very open and had sun all day which was wonderful. We use our own facilities but there is a portacabin for toilets / male & females and a plastic shower cubicle but didn't use so can't comment how easy it is to shower / dress and for parent / child. Site all in one field and well spaced out, very relaxed atmosphere. Went at a weekend so a real activity quiet, dog kennels nearby some slight noise a couple of times a day at feeding time. Camping shop well stocked and reasonably priced, mini super market nearby in beck row and a fish and chip shop. Does feel like time has stood still and will go back. Location wise score subjective as it depends what you want from a site, if you want places of interest in walking distance maybe this isn't the site but you know that when you book. If you want a peaceful site without the noise of a larger site this is lovely. £14 a night for a caravan.

The site was small and quite (even with the occasional plane flying overhead!) We are novice campers but really enjoyed ourselves and would go back. The owners were very helpful and the other users were very friendly. The not so good bits - the toilet was tiny and the showers / sinks were muddy. As we had a tent we had to use these facilities. It didn't take long to clean the mud out of the sinks and next time we go we'll take plastic mats to put on the shower floors to stop feet getting muddy after showering. Not big deals but just took the edge off. We appreciate that it is a new campsite :-) There is a small play area which our 7 year old loved and because it was quiet we played football on the other side of the field (you would not be able to do this when they are busy). To go any where you have to drive but Mildenhall is only 10 minutes away. Would recommend this site if you just want the basics.

We have been to this campsite several times as the owner and staff are great people. The shop is fill of every think you need for camping and caravanning. Also there is a cold drinks cabinet. A cuppa or coffee if needed. Toilets are portable also the shower is portable but both are kept very clean. Also a small childs play aerea. Mildenhall and lakenheath are close by. Plenty of planes to look at. A very nice site.

Excellent site, lovely friendly owners and Staff.
Small play area is great for kids, dog walking via a bridle way.
Showers and toilet are basic but I understand the woners are putting in better facilities in the near future.
Lovely old Hunter aeroplane as you turn into the site.
Pitch's are flat, nicely spaced and good electric hook up.
Campsite has it's own shop which is well stocked with caravan accessories - staff are very pleasant!
For £10 a night you really cannot go wrong, we will be back.
