Have stayed here a couple times solo, love the peace and quiet also the views are stunning. Stayed overnight with my young Granddaughter she loved it, cows and sheep in nearby fields nice walks nearby, friendly owner.
Close to Axminster and the Seaside Seaton and Lyme.
No facilities but CDU and EHU with own facilities on board this is a gem of a site and very reasonable price.

Very quiet even though there is a minor road behind and a railway line at the front noise is not a problem.
Excellent views, clean site with water and EHU CDU.
Will definitely go back. 2 miles from Axminster, great location to explore the Jurassic coast from. For those like myself that like quiet sites this is great.

Well what a gem of a site, Simon was lovely it took a day before we could catch up and pay, he was very laid back about it all.
Stunning views and seemed quite level and we had it to ourselves.
Easy to find, sat Nav took us to Simons house, just go about 50yards past and the gate is on the right, easy access.
Only stayed for 2 nights as we were visiting family, I would have been happy here all week. Hope to go back soon

We spent four nights here in early July, three of them to ourselves. It was perfect for us with a motorhome, tow-car and dog. There are views all around and it's a peaceful, private setting.
The location is a good base for visiting Devon and Dorset. The owner farmer is very friendly and on-hand should you need anything but leaves you in peace to enjoy your stay.
The proximity of every pitch to water and electricity is ideal. All in all a wonderful site and we will return when we are next in the area. We wish it was closer to home so that we could escape to it regularly for weekends!

Super scenery! first off the view from the site area (top of the hill) is marvellous, you can see right down the valley towards the sea.
There is a double gate entrance to accommodate the even the largest rig turning from the lane (mine's 26 foot long) with no trouble at all.
Electric hook-up and tap for each van.
Dog friendly (nice walk to Axminster on fields footpaths. )
There is a railway about a mile away but I was not disturbed by it at night.
Only the site area of the field was mowed so kids might need wellies to cope with the longer grass.
Very quiet, peaceful and tucked away.
I will return.
