 We found this site, sadly the toilet block & wash area closed, we did get through the gate though, so not all bad.
We spent a nice quiet night on level parking, left early am. I do think this site would benefit from more overnighters if the toilets at least were open, particularly as northern France has very few places for a stop over early in the year.

Municipal site. Good stopover coming from or going to Calais. Used last year and year before and will be going again January 2019. Shower room/toilets clean and hot water with lights on a timer switch. Access by code pad. Dish washing facilities outside toilet block. Laundry facilities. Fresh water tap difficult to reach unless you have a very long hose. Emptying black water you need to lift a manhole cover. Hard standing and grass pitches. EHU. Fishing lake on site. A number of permanent caravans. Can walk into village where there are all essential shops eg baker, butcher, pharmacy. Didn’t find any restaurants but a little cafe with reasonable food if you walk up main road to top and turn right car park opposite cafe. Just before this right turn there is a pub on the right hand side which was friendly. Both allowed dogs in. Opening times of Reception - only know that in winter 10 am for a couple of hours, I think, and 4 pm to 6 pm. English not really spoken but there are different people that man reception so you may get lucky.
