Fantastic site nice and clean grass cut like a bowling green really friendly owner whent out of his way to help us.
Close proximity to Skipton I walked into Skipton in about 5 min however it's uphill back so I suggest a taxi great town
Not allot of facility on site in no clubhouse or pub so if your lucking for that this isn't the site for you but if your lucking for a nice quiet freandly site this is the site for you

Beautiful views from site. Water on each pitch.
However very noisy from main road, very muddy when rains and does not drain. Very difficult to get off pitch after wet weather.
Open gateway onto main road, so not suitable for young children.

This is a great little site with some really stunning views. It is the closest site to Skipton town centre, 10 minute downhill walk and you are in the town. This means an uphill walk back but I found taxis plentiful, dog friendly and cheap. It is difficult to rate the facilities as they are exactly as advertised. There is a CDP, with long hose and tap for rinsing, there are, I think, 5 fresh water taps, and electric hookup is available for at least 5 units. There is as yet no toilet or shower block. But this may appear in future, and nothing here for children, but these facilities are not advertised so cannot deduct stars for that, only comment on what is here. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, being born and bred in the area he knew about all that Skipton had to offer, which is lots. Pubs for drinkers, pubs for diners, restaurants and cafes aplenty and a great selection of shops, some unique to this town, and the famous Skipton market which is on 3 days a week ( I think )
This is also a great location for exploring Bronte country, and not too far from the Lake District. Any negatives ? If you were to be picky then you may deduct a star for the slight road noise, but I soon tuned this out, and as it is quiet at night it does not prevent a decent nights kip.
In conclusion, if you want a club house, adventure playground type of site, then this is not for you. If you want a bit of peace and quiet, great views, and convenient to one of the nicest towns in this part of the world, then give this site a try.

Nice little site which we have stayed at several times. No real facilities to speak of, but good location. Not great when wet. Would definitely stay again but needs more facilities for price. The main quarry road is close by, but this did not bother us, we had good weather so the lack of anything was not a problem. We had some great meals in Skipton all reasonable in price.
