August 2005 We have just returned from a weekend on this site. All in all I would describe the site as good value for money. We have two small children and the playpark is very good - it is enclosed and very safe. The toilet / shower block could do with updating but it is clean and usable. Most of the site has "long term" caravans, that have there little "territories" marked out with funny little fences. The pitches are all very well marked, we did feel a bit squashed in and could hear pretty much everything from the neighbouring pitches.
August 2004 Went camping with the family to this quiet site. We liked it alot. Not too much to do, but that suited us. Toilets and showers were nice and clean. Office not being manned for very long is a bit of a problem as the warden doesn't always answer the door. All in all nice site.
May2004 Having visited Lower Tye Farm as a child I thought I would make a return visit to the site with my own son and it was just how I remembered. It's a nice quiet site although there isn't a great deal on site, a plunge pool and a play park. It was Ideal for what we used the site for. We only stay on sites at night as we are visiting places during the day.

August 2003 I thought the site was OK and the toilets were clean unlike other sites I've been to. I never saw any large spiders but there are 2 toilet block so I might have used he newer ones. The only thing that annoyed us was the warden wasn't in the office/shop for as long as advertised on the door, so you had to knock on their caravan door to get them to open up.
25/07/03 Unfortunately of the three sites owned by the Good family this is the one we stayed on. A good 75 percent of this site was static long stay tourers many with grass upto the wheel arches. There were 3 vans with torn & falling down awnings & old tents ripped with fridges showing through. Many caravans had what can only be described as motor way orange plastic warning netting put up as fences around their units. The toilets are back in time to spiders in the corners who judging from their size also were long stay lodgers. All in all a poor site not value for money. Pity because like all three of their sites with just a little more effort & attention to detail they all could be really good sites.
