We stayed here last summer. The site is just a field, the grass was long, and a bit bumpy, but quite ok. There are lovely views of surrounding fields and horses. And planes landing and taking off from Gatwick! Facilities consist of a water tap and a loo. (very scruffy, plenty of dust, spiders etc) in one of the outhouses.
The owner was pleasant and relaxed although we hardly saw him. The entrance is gated, so enter through the gate, past the house, and the field is at the back of the yard area. The site is about a mile along a fairly busy country road to the village of Charlwood where there are a couple of pubs. We hope to return as it is convenient, if very basic.
