We chose this site as we wanted to visit Salamanca but stay on a different site to that used previously.
There is a large car park suitable for motorhomes to wait while being processed at reception. We are a 8. 2m motorhome and booked a few days prior to arriving as we thought the weekend would be busy - and it was. We paid 19 pn using our ACSI membership card.
The gentleman on reception spoke excellent English and expected our arrival. We were taken to our pitch by a lady as they corden off reserved pitches and she also sorted out our electricity as someone who couldn't find their socket had taken ours.
We were given an extra large pitch which was hedged and a shared 2 plug electricity bollard, 1 with a UK socket and 1 with European - many of the sites in France and Spain had European fitting.
Whilst water taps were every few pitches they were not the type we could fit our water hose to so if you need fresh water fill up before going on the pitch.
The drive on grey waste, elsan and fresh water are near the toilet/showers and you can even wash your vehicle using the correct hose.
The toilets/showers were warm and clean, a bonus was the showers having a lever instead of a button. The washing up and laundry area was also nearby. The washer was 4 and took 35 min.
The dryer was 3 and took 45min. They both took coins no need for tokens. We used the on site shop for bread, pain au chocolate, jam, juice, etc
As others gave said the circular bus into Salamanca was ever 30 min and you get off at the same stop you got on in Cabreizas. It cost 1. 65 pp each way. Also catching the bus back from Salamanca we used the bus stop dead opposite where we got off in Salamanca. We visited this beautiful city 3 times and will have to stay at this site again to see more.
Unfortunately, other than driving through Cabreizas we didn't use any of the town's facilities. We bought a few provision from the supermarket in Salamanca on our way back to the bus.
We ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal. We were advised on suitable local wine by our knowledgeable waiter. We will definitely use this site again.

Nice warm welcome.
Pleasant site with good sized pitches and an option for various shades.
Regular (every 30 min) bus service to Salamanca with the bus stop a nice flat 15 minute walk away much of it along the river.
Washrooms are good with piping hot water. Easily accessible motorhome service point.
Picturesque walks along the river and it is possible to get your tackle out.
Restaurant has deservedly attracted positive comment in previous reviews and we can certainly echo those views. Good food, great service and fair price.
Free wifi is ok at the pitches.
Reasonable sized pool.
The nearest supermarket is Mercadona but access and parking is not good. However theres a Lidl with ample and accessible parking on the outskirts of Salamanca. In any event if you are planning to visit the site before 10 July 2019 and call at the nearby Mercadona it is closed for refurbishment until then.

Site is popular and most only staying 2 or 3 nights. Pitches on average 80sq m with some shade.
Sanitaires modern but no seat or hooks inside showers just a long bench to leave your stuff on outside the door.
Nice cycle into town with one short stretch of about 200 mtrs by the river then back lanes and back onto the greenway straight in to the Roman bridge.
Had a meal in the restaurant which is popular and opens at 8pm for dinner. Very reasonably priced.

Pleasant campsite around 8km to Salamanca, by bus, riverside foot/cycle path ( although cycle path very narrow, bumpy and close to the river, so far better to take the minor road when the path becomes narrow and pick up the cycle Greenway at the town boundary). Good, refurbished sanitary facilities, although toilet cleaning could be improved. Staff very helpful ( English spoken), good pool (unheated) and paddling pool. Close to river, and nearby river beach. Busy restaurant (although we didn't eat there) and reasonable mini market.

Friendly welcome - family run site. Pitches set out by hedges, 10amp electricity. Little shop that sells basics with fresh bread and coissants. Toilets dated no toilet seats or loo paper but hot water.
You can walk or cycle into Salamanca by river which takes over 1hour or you can get a bus, bus stop 10mins walk from camp. Pleasant bar/restaurant on site good food. All in all nice little site for salamanca

We have found this site to be absolutely fine. The pitches are mainly grassy (in May) and all the dividing hedges very neat and trimmed like suburban gardens with the grass trimmed. The toilets and showers are very clean. As said below, no seats, but many French and Spanish sites consider this more hygienic and we don't mind as long as the temperature is above freezing! As a small to medium sized site it has a family feeling about it which we much prefer to vast places for hundreds of units.
The wide constructed path from the entrance along the river is 6km to Salamanca (World Heritage Site) so more suitable for cycling than walking perhaps, but it narrows in places to single beaten track - alternative quiet roads and park route also available if you try. Salamanca has good cycle lanes too and loads of nice coffee shops 3 for two at the small one we sat out at, and nice restaurants.
Nice welcome at reception - English Spoken - and busy clean looking restaurant and bar with mini market which was reasonably stocked with 'run out essentials'
Football pitch away from caravans was popular with kids on site and units were International.
Wifi - 6gb first thing in the morning but much less in the busy evening period is free gratis. :0)
All in all, we are happy to recommend this site for couples or family stay - long or short.
Probably better to follow the site recommended route. We let the sat nav take us in and the road was dreadful after we left the main road and road humps through and around the habitations.
Great toll free road down from Burgos. 16 per night with ACSI Card.

Well we planned to stay two nights and cycle into Salamanca along the river. We arrived late afternoon after a six hour journey, and lets say we were unimpressed ! Site is very unkempt and needs some TLC. The toilets and showers were smelly and not very clean and NO TOILETS SEATS! why I have no idea, the area around the site looks a little down at heal as well.
We moved on 8am sharp. Never to return.

Arrived here in atrocious weather but we were given a warm welcome - pitches ok with hedges with full facilities good shower block and washing up and laundry - it's not far from the river and would be pleasant in good weather but the weather wasn't good. We caught the bus into Salamanca the next day which was easy and it is a lovely city with a nice old town but weather awful so not a great impression good site with decent showers bar & restaurant small shop stayed 2 nights.

This is a site outside Salamanca alongside the river and this affords nice walks. We id try to walk into Salamanca but gave up on the outskirts, but we did have a nice meal at one of the several restaurants alongside the river.
The site has good sized plots separated by hedges.
The toilets and showers were clean enough, although the communal changing areas may not be to every ones taste.
The shop was devoid of any food except bread, (a common problem for us at sites in September and October.
