Stayed here as an overnight stay on NC Route 500. Fabulous little site that is completely dog friendly.
Totally fenced in and as we were the only people staying that night owner Andy was more than happy for the dogs to run free.
Dogs loved the freedom.
Well looked after site with a friendly owner and added bonus of a fire / BBQ area which we made the most of

The upside, a lovely location views, friendly owners.
The downside, difficult to find, make sure you get directions before you intend to arrive. (The road may not be suitable for long vehicles. )
A small site facilities; Elec, water, elsan point.
There is nothing for children, but there is a gate so they do not run out onto the little used road.

A quiet gem of a site.
Small but with very good scenery.
A bit out of the way but well worth a visit.
The nearest village is about two miles away.
Few facilities so need your own toilet but electric and water are supplied.
Alan the host was very helpful and informative.
Would definitely visit again.

Great wee site, clean and well maintained with lovely staff.
Good location with toilet and showers which were usable during COVID times.
Would recommend and ideal for NC 500 tourers
