 As others have mentioned a great little site 3 nights with electric for 2 Adults and 2 11yr old children with electric £93 pretty reasonable for it location, its not large and everyone was very helpful, 2 toilets and 2 showers are perfectly capable of handling its size.
There are woods with a firepit on site, and its only 10 mins walk to the local Co-op and a few more mins to a local Pub.
The only negative I would mention is the site can get a bit boggy after heavy rain not too much of an issue in a van as there is a tractor available to pull any vehicles out who become stuck but after a few days of heavy rain it became a bit mucky for the tents.
However it seems a bit churlish to mention this as the brothers are great and have no control over the weather
There are bigger sites with better facilities but everything worked and if this were a car for sale you would describe it as honest, barbeques are permitted so long as its off the ground or you find something to protect the grass from the heat (we used wood found on site)

Superb small site run by very helpful and friendly brothers. Small but very clean and tidy unisex toilet and shower block.
Lots of open space and woodland with fire pit area and BBQ etc. Lovely and peaceful site.
Located on the outskirts of the village of Llanfairfechan which has a railway station, co-op store and a very good Indian takeaway
A bus stop is very close to the site.

This is a very clean and well kept site so much so we are planning to go back again as soon as we can.
The owners/staff are very friendly and obliging

Beautiful setting, very convenient for walking into town and, also, on a bus route.
Services on site are adequate for a small site, two loos, two showers.
Very efficient and friendly staff. Pleasing lack of notices.
Fully intend another visit.

Brilliant little camp site. Set in lovely field surrounded by trees. 2 hot showers and toilets. Chemical disposal. Electric hook up.
Great location close to village where there are 3 pubs, co-op, chemist, chippy, take away etc, and 15 min walk to promenade and lovely beach.
Bus stop at end of the drive, so great for exploring the rest of the area.
The brothers who own the site do a great job, very friendly, and informal site. Been here many times and highly recommend.
