 Fantastic site very clean toilet area, level pitch,
The owner was very helpful with lots of local knowledge easy to get to motorway,

This site is fabulous, it's like a bit of heaven dropped on the outskirts of Blackpool.
The only reason it doesn't have many reviews is because people don't want others to know about it.
Immaculately clean toilet, (better than the pubs we visited)
Other features on each pitch - ours had a little covered outside seating area complete with clothes line, comfy seats and a coffee table
Hoping to go back soon. And child free - happy days

We booked this site as a group of 4 units to be near Blackpool Norbreck Bowling club for a 60th Party. Site is tucked away 2 minutes from the end of the M55, ideal for visits into Blackpool and the illuminations, the nearest PUB is The Cherry Tree which is 12 minutes walk.
Site has WC and washing up facilities, Elsan and fresh water and rubbish recycling.
The site entrance is via a gate and the pitches are hidden behind a large willow tree that you drive through to a 5 van site which is grassed over hardstanding, with well matured flower beds at the borders. Site further extends to a pond/garden area which is boggy but not used for camping.
Site does NOT accept children so be fully aware of this.
There is some slight noise from the adjacent road with skip wagons and distant dog kennels and the airport is near by so there is always light aircraft about but its not that distracting and this goes quiet in the evening.
Overall a good base for local attractions with easy access from the motorway.

Lovely peaceful site, well looked after, clean facilities and very helpful owners.
Location is good, 10 minute walk to the bus stop to Blackpool.
Very good pizzas available would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem. Beautiful grounds and a very warm welcome.
Perfect location for Blackpool although we didn't bother going into town. We will definitely go back.
They have water, 1 toilet and chemical waste.
