I chose this site as we were visiting relatives in the local village. We found the owner very obliging, and the site was ideal for our purpose.
Its surrounded by quite high hedging affording Privacy and shelter from any wind. It was a great sun trap and as there are only 5 pitches, it was quiet.
The only downside was that you could hear traffic on the nearby road, but it wasn't busy, just occasional car in the early hours.
This aside the toilets were clean and had spare toilet rolls as required. Grey and chemical waste was adequate.
We thought it was a very pleasant site and would love to come back and stay longer to explore the surrounding area.

This was our first CL site in Lincolnshire. It was a shame it was so late in the year and in a very wet year too. The site was almost too wet to get on to and very squelchy under foot.
Access to the site was very easy and given that the site was on a working farm and close to the road, noise in the main was not obtrusive.
We did find that one hook-up was faulty and it kept tripping out with virtually no power being used. If the site had been full, we may have struggled to use a hook-up point.
The 2 WCs were clean but one did run out of toilet paper with no spare being available.
Toilet disposal facilities were fine.
We would use the site again, but preferably when it was a bit drier.
We are also of the opinion that site owners so far tend to not approach users of their sites which to us is a bit of a mixed blessing.
