Nothing but the highest praise for this beautiful shady sight and its welcoming Dutch owners, Els and Herman. Our two children enjoyed cooling down in the beautiful pool and our pitch high up on one of their terraces was shady and spacious. The only noises at night were the cicadas and the occasional bell tolling from the nearby seminary. Super unisex toilet block with modern and clean facilities. Although most of the other visitors were either Dutch or Flemish, as you would expect if you've camped in Europe, they mostly spoke better English than Brits. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and our girls soon hitched up with some Dutch kids. We were only here for 3 nights but visited a super little water park in nearby Fafe ( only 5 euros for children) and spent a day in Guimares which you can reach in 30 to 40 minutes avoiding the toll motorway. Thoroughly recommended.
