The directions the owner emailed to me were very thorough.
The campsite was very peaceful.
The facilities were basic - but we are self sufficient anyway.
I would go again. The only issue we had was the electricity.
5 units were included in the price but we didn't know how long that would last and the meter was very difficult to read.

I enquirued via the form on here and received a swift response telling me they had space, the price and to just turn up and they would find me to pay.
I arrived on site and was met by the lady owner who told me to pitch anywhere I liked, and pointed out the flattest parts and advised water was on both of the electric posts. I did not need the electric but it was included in the £10 pitch fee for me, my dog and campervan.
There are no toilet and shower facilities, however I knew that and did not need them. The owner advised if I had grey waste, they would dispose of that for me.
The field offers great views over Dalby Forest and you share the camping field with chickens, the site dogs (sometimes) and a chirpy cockerel. I would suggest keeping your dog on a lead if they like to chase chickens or don't like other dogs. The field next to the camping field has lots of cows in it, and they were a delight to watch them play, etc. They were not that noisy.
A very peaceful site and the main noises on this site were cows, the cockerel, chickens and the very occasional airplane. This is a working farm and the cockerel started around 5am, luckily I was awake anyway for an early morning walk. I think campfires are allowed but I did not have one.
The site is right on the edge of Dalby Forest and offers tons and tons of walking, however being in a forest it is a bit boring, but there was loads and if you sue your car and go in to the main part, there is loads to do, trails, Go Ape, adventure programs, etc.
There was nothing for children, apart from loads of open space and walking, cycling, etc in the Forest.
This was a lovely site and I would use again.

We booked this for one night. The Farm is in a fabulous location in Dalby Forest.
Our host, Bob was very welcoming and friendly. He even loaned us a couple of maps of the local area.
There are no toilets/showers but you can hire a portable loo if your unit doesn’t have one!
You literally just park where you like in a field which is adjacent to the farm. Very easy going and enormously relaxing! The views are stunning.
There is also a camp barn which you can hire. Basic but quirky.
We wish we could have stayed another night as it was so peaceful but will definitely be back.

This is a basic site. It's not got a shower, toilets etc.
However it has got a great location and plenty of peace and quiet.
You can get WiFi if you are close to the house.
If you are visiting Dalby forest then tell them at the gate you are staying at the camp site and they don't charge you entry into the forest. This effectively means it's cheaper to camp than pay entry for two days!
Good location for mountain bikers.
