Agree with the major part of the previous review, except our impression of the sanitaires which we would not describe as clean.
The shower cubicles were the smallest we have ever seen in France, & it would be impossible to either undress or dry properly within them. There was no head on the shower - just a pipe spurting water.
As for the toilets, it was easier to reverse into them & I object to my knees virtually touching the door.
The washing-up area was very cramped & the splash backs were in need of a good hard scrub.
The best thing about the site was the excellent English spoken by the staff on reception.

This review’s only going to be a small one as we only used it as a one night stop over on our way down to the Med and after 15 Hours of travelling we were in for an early night.
The location, it’s easy to get to off the A6 just before Lyon so it doesn’t really matter what time you get there you won’t get stuck in the Lyon Traffic. We set off at 0630 on the Saturday morning when most of France breaks up and we made it through the tunnels and onto clear roads without any issues. When you pull in to Anse there are signs for Beaujolais which do point you in the right direction however the last little bit of road looked like a dirt track and pulling a 7m caravan I stuck with the road, bad idea! Avoid taking a big outfit through the middle of Anse as it really isn’t made for caravans. As you come in over the bridge turn right before the centre follow the road down under a couple of really low bridges as the road bears left you go straight on following the waters edge on your right.
Once booked in (note reception was closed 12:00-14:00) we were given a map and told to just take which ever pitch we fancied, we stayed close to the entrance for an early departure and not to wake everyone else (however we discovered we were not alone with our stopover and early departure as others were doing the same). Each pitch had power and water taps seemed to be sited on most of the power points. Pitches were well hedged and there were plenty of trees, all in all it looked a very pretty site and was well maintained. However the only gripe we had with this site was noise. This came from the surrounding motorways and also from the selfish neighbours – not the behaviour we usually see on French sites. For the duration of our stay the drone of motorway traffic was always in the background, shame really as it didn’t match with the quality of the site.
The facilities, when booking in we were advised that the restaurant was open from 18:00 (Can’t comment on this as didn’t use it however the pricing was around about €10 per main course). There is a small shop on site that seemed to sell most essentials (A small Carrefour is also located in Anse by the Railway station). There is a nice pool with a couple of water slides and terrace area with quite a few sun beds. A few climbing kids features are around as well as a mini golf, Petanque and Ping Pong area. The Shower block wasn’t the biggest in the world and may struggle when the site was full however it was very clean and tidy.
To sum up an exceptionally nice stop over site however a prolonged stay may find the road noise off putting.
