We visited this site for two weeks at the end of July/start of August. We have two children (age 2 and 5).
The site is easy to find as it adjacent to a main road, which had traffic most of the time. This means that some of the pitches suffer from road noise. This didn't bother us as we spent most of our days out (the weather was lovely and there is a lot to do and visit in the area). The site has two pools as a previous review has said and even when the site was full and the weather was hot the 'fun' pool was a pleasant place to be. Our kids liked the pools and there are different areas for them to play in. There is one large shower/toilet block for the whole site but again, we never had to queue and it was kept clean. The kids loved the 'minidisco' but we didn't get involved with any other camp activities. The play area is very small but our kids enjoyed playing in it. The bar is pleasant and the take away food is surprisingly good. Next to the site is a really good cycle path which allows you to get around without having to use the main road (assuming you like to walk/cycle). There is an excellent boulangerie about 1km away which we used daily. There is no shop on site however there are several supermarkets in short driving distance.
The best beach is at St Jorioz (ten min cycle or drive) which has a free car park which can get busy. You have to pay to use the beach but it's only a few euro per person and well worth it.
We would definitely use this campsite again however there are a few negatives points. The pitches are smaller than at other sites, while they are more than adequate you can feel on top of your neighbours on some pitches. There is also an access road that separates two parts of the site, you can be pitched on the other side of the road to all the pools/services (as we were). For most this won't be a problem but it's something to consider if you have small children as there is nothing to stop them going on to the road which does have some light traffic and allows unimpeded access to the main road.

We stayed here the second week of August 2015, the weather was fantastic around 30degrees with just one day of heavy rain, we were in a tent with 2 kids and a dog. There are 2 pools one of which is quiet with just a few people around it but the kids pool with slides is busier but was never unbearable.
To get to the lake the quickest route us through an industrial estate directly opposite the camp site around 15 min walk, if you drive it's about 5 min and parking is free. Cycle path directly behind campsite and some fields there for quick walk with the dog in the mornings. The beach has an admission fee and doesn't accept dogs but there are plenty of places where you can swim where your dog is welcome near the jetty and also off the paths around the lake.
We found the owners of the campsite friendly and they spoke English which is always helpful ! We had a standard pitch with electric, we had a 5 man tent and had adequate space.
The only thing the site is really lacking is a shop, you can order croissants and baguettes on a daily basis but we had to drive to the nearest supermarket it was less than 5 min drive so achievable on foot depending on how much wine you're carrying !

We have been at this site for 2 weeks and our last day tomorrow. Very pleased with our stay.
The staff speak good English and are very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant does not try to be too ambitious - but to say pizzas, burgers, salads etc does not really do it justice. All we have tried has been well prepared, and is available for take out or eat in.
The site, toilet and shower blocks, pools are all clean and well maintained - pitches not enormous but perfectly satisfactory. Larger vehicles might find manoeuvring difficult, especially after wet weather. The free Wi-Fi actually works!
Clever system for the showers that allows 10 mins per person per day - plenty, but avoids wasting water.
The play areas are a bit smaller than appears on the website, but OK for little ones. There is entertainment in peak season, but we didn't try it so can't comment. Immediate access to the cycle track from the back of the site is brilliant.
The scenery and the lake are stunning! 10 min cycle ride to the lake, which has the cleanest, most beautiful water I have ever seen. There are markets in most of the villages, and a decent supermarket nearby in St Jorioz. Baguettes and croissants can be ordered daily from the reception.
Be aware that there is nowhere to change currency unless you go into Annecy - banks don't seem to handle cash any more.
Our only criticism is the fresh water supply. There are no taps suitable for attaching a hose, so we could only put water in our tank by filling bottles at the tap and ferrying them to the van. Fortunately our tank has a filling point under the seat, but I saw folk trying to use watering cans to little effect. For the cost of a proper tap. ? There is nowhere to empty the grey water either, so I am not sure what is meant by 'Motorhome Point'. The taps were also all on the far side of the site - the one near us was not working. Possibly this was just an 'end of season' problem, but a bit of a nuisance.
We have loved our time here and will definitely visit the area again.
