 Stayed for five nights en route from Austria to Venice. The pitches are on gravel with some hedging, though the grass was left unmown which, to me, gave it a scruffy look, but my husband thought they were aiming for the 'natural' look! Anyway, this aside, the view of the Dolomites was to die for and the location for mountain walks in stunning scenery is fantastic. We did the Tre Cime walk which was stunning.
The site has spa, pool (though not open during our stay), two restaurants - we used the less formal taverna twice and had tasty pizzas and pasta, with live entertainment on one visit.
Toilet blocks were very clean and themed - one area was decorated in Roman style, another was 'eco' with a grass roof. Site shop was adequate but construction of a new building was under way.
Our stay was particularly memorable for us as one morning, at the end of June, we awoke to an inch of snow! The effect was totally unexpected, particularly as the previous day we had sat out under the awning in shorts and tee shirts, but quite beautiful.
