Reviewers - mature couple with campervan and ebikes.
It's many years since I last stayed at this site, so we put it on the itinerary this year.
Just be aware that the access to the site is down a gravel single track road, so you have to hope that you don't meet traffic coming the other way.
There is a barrier at the entrance so you have to park outside whilst you check in. When we arrived, reception was closed though the sign said it should be open. I rang the bell, and eventually a lady appeared to check us in. She asked if we wanted to choose our own pitch, so I agreed. However I assumed that we would drive in and choose, instead we had to go on foot. Had I known this I might have asked for an allocation as we were hot and tired.
The pitches are level and grassy under the trees. We chose a pitch not far from the pool and sanitary block. There are plenty of touring pitches in one area, plus a further area of mobile homes.
I only saw 1 sanitary block, next door to the pool. The block is mixed gender, modern, but only just big enough for the number of people there. Not especially clean, and smelly drains. The water was nice and hot. The only access to the block is up a narrow hedged path which was very dark at night. The pool was very welcome.
There is a restaurant and bar next to reception, but they were closed when we were there. And a number of bread 'kiosks' around the site, to collect preordered bread. These were also closed.
The town of Aups, which is very close, has a lovely preserved Medieval centre, with a number of restaurants, and quite a lively atmosphere when we were there.
We enjoyed our visit, and would be happy to use the site again if we wanted to visit the town.

We picked this site because of the close proximity to Aups, a great village we have visited many times. We had a touring caravan plus our friends had a tent, we also had dogs.
We were allowed to share a large pitch and we comfortably fitted onto it.
As all the schools had returned the site was populated by adults using caravans and motorhomes, and a large mixture of nationalities which was great. The pool was open for a couple of days and then closed for what reason we don't know. The toilet block was very good, cleaned each day and plenty of showers/toilets to go around, plenty of hot water too. Was a gentle stroll into the village for the market (Wednesdays and Saturdays). We never saw the bar open except for pre-ordered bread in a morning.
All in all not too bad but wish that the site owner/manager had a bit more get up and go

Ten minute walk from the market town of Aups: mainly French people, many in statics. The tent piches in the upper camp separated by trees and shrubs; moderately sized; nicely shaded in the upper half with grass surfaces.
Two sanitary blocks (not segregated), one for each of the two halves of the site; fine. Reception had little English but were very pleasant. Small bar but no restaurant or shop - the bar sells snacks (croque monsieur and the like) but is not open long into the evening.
Some noise at nights but mostly off-site (there was a circus in town for some of the time we were there) although there was often noise from dogs. As a special treat, there is the occasional overflight by mirage jets! Ear-plugs recommended.
Aups is one of those places you might want to retire to - interesting place (a printed walk of the landmarks is available - nothing earth-shattering but lots of little, interesting things) with restaurants to suit every taste and pocket. We chose Aups as a central touring site between the Verdon (an easy drive to Quinson for the lower Verdon Girges and the new Museum of Geology - earphones translating video exhibits into English available for free) in the north and numerous picturesque hilltop villages elsewhere: Cotignac possibly the best; waterfall walk at Sillans-la-Cascade etc.
U supermarket at nearby Regusse.
