 Another visit and just as good as last time.
Really couldn't think of any negatives.
Price increase to £27 per night which includes ehu and showers.
Free eggs again which were worth £3 in shops so realistically £24.

Last reviewed in 2014 so we were unsure what to expect and just booked 1 night to try it out.
A couple of miles out from Langefni, good road to site and easy access for motorhomes and caravans. CL pitches hardstanding with large sized grass space next to each pitch, all have ehu. Face over the fields to the forest, Snowdonia mountains just visible over the tree tops.
Fresh water and bins next to pitch 1. Loos and showers are just around the corner 3 for CL which are all cubicles with loo, sink and shower. There is another 3 for the 9 pitch grass standing caravan field, an outdoor washing up sink, chem disposal and 2 wooden shepherd huts.
The site is down a long drive from the road so no road noise. Up by the road is a fenced off dog walk field. Great walks from the site down to the reservoir where you can walk through the forest, down the old railway line or cycle/walk the Lon Las Cefni trail down to Newborough.
There is a path through trees to the reservoir but it's spongy and some might find difficult. The road leads down to the carpark at the end of the trails - couple of minutes drive (no pathway).
Owners keep rare chickens and gave us half a dozen eggs on arrival.
Absolutely love this site and will be back for a few night stay in next few weeks.

This is a lovely site, very well maintained. The views are beautiful looking out over the Celyn Lake and the distant mountains.
The toilets and showers are very clean. Each room has a toilet, shower and sink in it and there are 5 including one for the disabled. All the showers are free and lovely hot water.
The Caravan Club field are all hard standing with a separate field for non-members that holds 10 vans/caravans on grass pitches. There is a separate dog exercising field.
There is a washing machine available although we didn't use it.
The children had plenty of room to play and there is a small play park with a picnic table in it so you can sit and watch the children on the swings.

The views from this site are fabulous, on one side the Welsh mountains and on the other the reservoir. Unfortunately although we could see the reservoir there was no access from the site. Access to the site was good and the pitches are hard standing and well spaced, the owner friendly and the bird life abundant. There is a shower and toilets on site but can't comment as we didn't use them The site was well placed for visiting most of Anglesey's beaches and attractions and well worth a visit.
