Just one small update to my previous report - WIFI is now very cheap (one Euro a day I think) and quality is good around reception.
Ukcampsite requires that I write 400 characters, so I will also say that Uzerche is a pleasant town though the route up to Eyburie is quite steep. There is a large new supermarket to the south of the town near the autoroute junction.

Camping 'naturiste' Aimée Porcher is named after the lady who owned the property as a working farm until about 50 years ago. It then stood unused until the present Dutch owners bought it and began to develop the site around 1996. They have done a magnificent job! The site sits in a huge natural ‘bowl’ in the valley of the river Vezere, creating a natural sun-trap. There is a small lake/pond with a beach which could be good for kids to potter around in in little dinghies, and there is a lovely stretch of the river Vezere to paddle/swim in ‘au naturel’ There are about 55 pitches, very widely spaced, some around the main meadow and others around the perimeter of the site, with varying amounts of shade. The overall feeling is of spaciousness, with views over the green and partly wooded countryside. As far removed in atmosphere from the 'car-park-like' sites sometimes encountered in UK as possible to get! Almost all pitches are on levelled terraces, some probably best suited to tents. A few may be difficult to access after wet weather, and the site road, though tarmac'd is very steep at one point.
The main site buildings - reception, bar and facilities are at the top of the site and housed in beautifully restored former farm buildings. There is a second new toilet/shower block (seats and toilet paper!) lower down the site, but some pitches are still quite a hike away. Bread can be pre-ordered daily, and as a sensible recognition of the problem of carrying money on a naturist site, all local purchases are added to your bill at the end of your stay. Rather expensive Wifi is available around reception, but we found the connection very slow.
For things to do off-site, there are many way-marked walking and cycling (VTT) routes in the area, especially in the Monédières park/Treignan/Lonzac area, and canoeing/kayaking is available at various points along the Vezere. Maps/routes available in the Uzerche tourist office. This is a wonderful campsite, with the bonus of being naturist! - enjoy!
