 Unfortunately from 2012 this site no longer provides camping or caravanning facilities. The location has been renamed The Arboretum and now only offers holiday homes.

Visited the first 2wks of July. Friendly owners and very welcoming, Its very nice place to go. Toilets and Shower's are cleaned every day. Swimming pool is a plus as well and always cleaned daily. The views over the hills of Paignton Sea are wonderful. We will definitely visit again in the near future.

Just returned from a 10 night stay, a lovely peaceful site.
We stayed in the paddock (6 pitches), a gently slopping field, Grace(6) Evie (2) felt very safe.
There was a nice, well looked after pool, tennis court (not quite Wimbledon) but children loved it.
Toilet block was well maintained.
We found everyone very friendly and enjoyed our stay.

We visited this site for the first time at the beginning of July and really enjoyed it, My Daughter loved the swimming pool.
The owner's are very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of pitch room for trailer & Awning. Very clean & tidy.
Would recommend and we will visit again hopefully next year. Lovely views of the sea.

Very nice and peaceful. Loved the tennis courts and outdoor swimming pool which are both free to use. Been twice now and would go back next year.If your lucky you may see an owl! Also clean showers and toilet block. Great if you want to be happy campers.

A very nice clean site, with friendly owners who couldn't do enough for us as we were the first visitors to stay this season. The toilet block with two toilets and two showers in the ladies and the same in the gents were kept immaculate and had just been repainted, with new shower curtains etc in situ.
All the pitches had electric hook-ups with plenty of room on the pitches. We managed to spread out and erect the caravan awning and an annex each end! A childrens' playground, tennis court and swimming pool for the kids.
A nice quiet site away from the town, with no noisy bar or late night revellers. 5 minutes from Paignton town centre, beach and zoo in the car. Morrisons supermarket next to the zoo and also a Sainsburys 5 minutes in the car the other way towards Brixham.
Perfect place to relax, sea views in front of us, and views of Totnes over the fields behind us. What more could you ask for.
