 Situated beside a main road, you will hear some road noise depending on where your pitched. The site has a mix of open and shaded pitching areas, there is a basket ball court which doubles as a 5 a side football pitch, a crazy golf course plus table tennis and volley ball courts. There is a indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi as well as an outdoor pool with a water slide, there are sun loungers around the pool as well as an ice cream stall. The entertainment is ok usually to much commentating spoils the actual show or disco. Staff all seem very friendly and helpful and far better at English than I am at French. The beach is approximaly a mile away depending on what part you go to, some parts are rocky while other parts are sand. The laundry room has washing machines as well as tumble dryers and iron and ironing board. Two of the washing machine have displays in multi language and wash superb. You are never far from a toilet shower block all of which are unisex, there are no toilet seats except in the disabled cubicles, the cubicles for the disabled are larger in size but there is a distinct lack of hand grab rails so assistance would be needed when using the facility's, there is also no hooks in any cubicles to hang towels etc. A shame really because the facility's were always clean and fresh. The only other downside of the facilities is the fixed shower heads and no variation to water temperature either at wash basins or shower cubicles and can sometimes fluctuate in temperature albeit plenty of water pressure. Recycling and rubbish are situated at the front of site. The majority of site is made up of static caravans with most being holiday rentals, wifi is available over the whole site for a reasonable charge although it is slow. The majority of people are either French or Dutch, there is a small shop on site supplying basic supplies with a Super you supermarket 10 minutes drive away.
