 We used this site as a one night stop over. Reception pleasant. There is a nice small indoor pool and reception doubles up as the bread depot in the morning. All usual facilities i. E electricity, showers, waste disposal and water. Facilities clean and very usable. Nice walking in the immediate facility and within walking distance of a pleasant but unremarkable town. There is a motorhome home aire just outside the gates. My only complaint is that the pitches are very tight, as are the acess roads where people often park their cars because of the sizes of the pitches. It took some manoeuvring to get out.

Used this site for one night on route to Salzburg, as its well located about 40k east of Strasbourg, off the A4 autoroute. Site is easy to find as it is signposted from Saverne town centre. Could have stayed longer as it is comfortable and well located for the Vosges mountains; although for that purpose a more rural site could be better. My 2010 'Michelin Camping France' lists it as a Municipal site, however, it may have changed status, as it would rate very highly as a municipal site, albeit expensive. Feel it may now be in private hands. Pool was very welcome on a very hot day. Pitches are well laid out, and the site is peaceful.

This is an ACSI site and possibly also a municipal one as we had to go out of Saverne and through a housing estate to reach it. It wasn’t the easiest to find. It says ‘walking distance to town’ but is quite a long walk (2-3 km). The receptionist was a bit offhand with us, more interested in talking to her colleague than us. The site was quiet and the toilets & showers were OK. There was a very nice covered small swimming pool which we didn’t try. There was no bar or café but there was a small shop with bread available next morning. The site was OK for an overnight stop.
