This is a first class site ran by a perfectionist, the grass and hedges are cut to a high standard, the facilities are immaculate.
The security gate is a feat of engineering.
We had a fantastic week with our 3 Labs but we were lucky enough to be there just before the lockdown

Chose this site because of proximity to a family party. Really good choice, as it was a most delightful site.
A 2 acre field behind the owners property just for 5 vans. Acres of space to enjoy. Site has a small woodland of trees, and plenty of birdlife. Has EHU, chemical disposal point, recycling. All very clean and tidy.
Access is via 2 gates with CCTV at entrance near house. So, very secure. The owners are a lovely couple, very warm and welcoming and supplied us with a folder of where to go and what to see in the area.
St. Neots is about 2 miles away and is a delightful riverside town with a good selection of shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. Eaton Socon on the outskirts of St Neots is the nearest place to the site for supermarkets etc. And is about a 20 min walk across a field and Al underpass.
Cambridge is about a 40 min drive. Loads of other places we could have visited if we had had the time, and we will definitely be returning.
Also, because it is just off the A1 it would be a good stopover if going north or south.

Had a very enjoyable weekend at Rookery Farm, nice level secluded pitch, grass nicely mowed site clean and enjoyable,
Very friendly owners, who went out of there way to make sure that everything was ok.
Just a short walk from good pub, plenty to do whilst in the area,
Will hope to go back again in the futre.
