 Small campsite in between dunes and sea, no sea view as surrounded by hedges and trees. Subject to mists as very close to coast. Within 5 mins drive of 3 large supermarkets - beware approach to site it down a narrow road with quite a few bends.
Beach is beautiful and dogs are allowed onto it.
Letting units also available, excellent prices.
Mainly Dutch and German used this site. Management are helpful but speak little English.
Barrier entry. Very quiet site, no pool or entertainment. There is a communal BBQ with picnic tables but it was never in use during our stay.
Small toilet / shower block with older toilets but very clean. Free hairdryer in shower block. Level site but both showers and toilets are up 3 steps. Limited facilities for waste disposal. Taps are at the end of each cul-de-sac. Office has limited food supplies, but we were at end of season and a small bar. Small playground for toddlers, not suitable for older children.
Site is laid out into small cul-de-sacs with grass pitches, best pitches are towards the shower block as these tend to be slightly larger (you may be aware of the washer drier as during our stay people tended to put these on during the night, with no regards to those camping under canvas!)
Small animal farm on site with goats, hens and ducks and a very friendly cat who is partial to coming into your tent to sleep.
