We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of July. When we first arrived we were unsure where to go but luckily the owner was driving past and and advised there was only one pitch left so that was ours. All hardstanding pitches with its own water supply and hook-up with a large hedge behind and views to the front. This is a five van site with a pitch which has a permanent pod for hire. A large grass area with a football goal. There is a kitchen area with fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer. There are 2 separate shower rooms with toilet and wash basin. The showers were very powerful and hot (but not so keen on the spiders!) WiFi is extra but didn't bother as the signal is very poor on site. Overall quite clean but a little dated.
We arrived just after lunch and the site was quite peaceful but then all we could hear from the little road behind us were tractors and more tractors! Yes this is on a working farm which we understood but as we found out after a walk down the road this is also a boat storage yard and the tractors were ferrying boats from the Warren Beach up and down all day well into the evening, maybe it's quieter at other times of the year and obviously when the weather is not so good but it did spoil our holiday a bit. But the site is well located to walk down through The Warren Holiday Park to the beach, it has a lovely beach bar (drinks are quite expensive). You can walk to Abersoch where there is a well stocked Spa up the road through the town, also another lovely beach. There are a few supermarkets in Pwhelli.
Maybe we would go back to the site another time of the year but at £27 a night we would prefer somewhere more peaceful.

Stayed for seven nights. A well located site, easy to find and drive onto. Five flat, well draining pitches. Each has water and hook up. Very handy for beach and for getting to Abersoch ( a mile walk). You are on a working beef an sheep farm but this posse no problems. Family very friendly. There is a small toilet / shower / washing up / washing machine drier area. So there are two separate shower / toilet / wash hand basin rooms. Plenty of hot water. The site is quiet, well kept. Owners friendly. Paid £22 a night you pay nothing extra for showers or awnings.
