We had a great stay at the campsite. Dylan was very welcoming from the moment we arrived & informed us of local walks & things to do in the area. He even went out of his way to give us + our dog a lift to coastal path walk car park to avoid the muddy pathway & busy road. (Thanks Dylan)
Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the site with buses to Pwllheli & Abersoch. The walk to Abersoch is really nice with some stunning views & lovely beaches along the way
The facilities were basic but kept clean. The two showers required 20p to use them but last about 5 minutes.
Would have no problem with returning to the site.

On arrival had the best welcome of any site we have been to. Dylan, Griff and the family are really friendly and welcoming and really want you to enjoy their area of Wales.
Rules were very flexible which made for a relaxing stay. Bus stop right outside site entrance and a 20m walk to the North Wales Coastal path enables some exploring.
Nearest pub was a 30m walk away on another campsite, and the nearest shop was there too.
Recognising this was a CS, it was ideal for a short break, however, whilst the facilities were clean, the two showers did feel grubby, so didn't use them.
Other than that, it was a great CS and would return if we went that way again.

We stayed here for the half term at the end of May 2021with our 11 year old grandaughter. Weather glorious -apart from one day. All the children on site were friendly - including owner's granchildren.
Pwhlleli town can get a bit gridlocked but the beach is never too crowded. Really good chippy in town -Allports. Also tried the Railway cafe and it was good food at a reasonable price.
My husband and grand daughter tried go karting at GlasFfryn parc -they really enjoyed it. The cafe there is also good. - reduced menu but friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Quiet site where children can play safely Good base for exploring the Llyn peninsula and also not too far from Anglesey.

A lovely little campsite with delightful owners. Very friendly and helpful. Cant do enough for you. Need help with with
Showers etc are basic but fine. 20p for a shower gives you loads of hot water, delivered at a good pressure. We paid £16 for the night and consider that good value.
The only downside is that the main road runs along the bottom of the field. You cant see the traffic, but it's quite loud. Of course, everyone's experience of traffic noise is different - we live in a very quiet place, and if you're more used to noise it may not bother you so much. The other campers seemed fine with it. In all other ways, this is a lovely place to stay.

We camped at this campsite during the Miracle Nationals sailing week at Pwllheli Sailing Academy 2 years ago and will be there again next year.
The owners were so friendly & couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a great spot with great sea views. Facilities simple, clean and all we needed - bring 20p’s for the showers which were hot. The site was quiet even though close to the road with easy access to all routes. I believe there’s a bus stop right near the exit of the campsite.
We didn’t have children with us but the site seemed safe for children with plenty of space for them to play.
Great inexpensive little find. Thank you and we look fwd to our visit again next year

We stayed at this site for a week starting Aug 8th. The site is well situated between Pwllheli and Abersoch The owners are very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to help you. Very knowledgeable about the area and full of information about local events and places to visit. The view from the field we were in was wonderful- looking out to sea. There are two shower and toilet blocks with one toilet and one shower in each block. The showers cost 20p and are hot. The facilities are basic but clean.
This is a quiet, friendly site and is a great place to chill out. Two friends joined us towards the end of the week and they were equally impressed by the site and the owners. We didn't have chidren with us so cannot comment on this aspect.

Reviews are not usually my thing, but, we visited this site for a week. The family are very friendly and welcoming and the site is just right. Small, but with showers and toilet. Lovely views from top of field, where the vans are sited. Bus stop outside to Pwhelli and Abersoc. Both worth a visit. Lovely walks around quiet lanes.

We were visiting this lovely part of Wales with our caravan, hoping to stay in a field next to our friends cottage. When we realised we could not gain access to this with a caravan we started to panic as it was 1630 on a Friday night and nowhere now to stay.
We rang around and managed to speak to Dylan from this site who was lovely and gave us directions and said he will come and meet us if we struggled to find it. The site was lovely, we were at the top of the hill over looking fields and in the distance the sea.
Basic site (which my family and I prefer, has electric hook up, drinking water and Elsan all in easy reach of the caravan spaces.
Room with toilet and shower (20p for 4 min for the shower) which was kept clean.
I would recommend this site without hesitation and we will definitely be returning.
