Been on this fabulous site for 3 years now (seasonal) and absolutely love it. Made loads of friends and have brilliant weekends with so much laughter.
Christine is amazing. She never stops and is always there if you need anything, its never a problem no matter what it is. Wr know all her family and they're absolutely lovely too. She has Fantastic ideas for the site so can't wait to see all the changes she's going to do. New pods have arrived so excited to see what's happening with them.
When the bar is open, we have brilliant nights. Play your cards right, pub quiz, kareoke and disco. Lovely open fire, so homely. Rolled out this bar. Any a weekend. She has parties for halloween easter etc. She goes above and beyond to make people happy. She's an amazing woman and wish I had half her energy. She's lovely.

Nice site
Christine couldn't have been more helpful,
It was very quiet due to time of year but anyone wanting to do coastal route very central.
Would recommend.

Staff helpful, just a shame about cleanliness of toilet and showers, and only 2. Fine for one night.
Watch out when driving through yard in dark, large unmarked speed bump

Very friendly staff and residents. It was nice to see the horses running freely in the field from the caravan window.
It will be nice when the shower blocks are open again so hopefully the Government relax the rules again shortly.
We will definitely be back.

Just had shower in the new shower blocks. My god never had a better shower at any of the camp sites I've been to. Its been well worth the wait for these showers to get up and running.
This was at 22 15 by the way and still red hot. Most camp sites are cold by then. Well done to the owner.

Work in progress New shower & toilet block are near to completion (there are toilets but no shower you can use in the bar area these are open 24hrs) Plenty of electric hook up points(metered) and fresh water taps on the site along with waste disposal point Yes it is a work in progress so does have the odd area of rubble and it isn’t perfect yet but once the toilet block, new paths and a general tidy up is sorted it will be great
We used the club on a couple of nights and it has a fantastic friendly atmosphere along with very good prices + kids and dogs allowed in 👍
There’s also a large indoor boot sale on Sat from 13. 00 (free entry if your staying on the site) Starter horse riding sessions for children for a £5 our grandkids loved it.
There was also an equestrian event on Sunday to watch plus loads of horses and wildlife around
The owner Christine and all of the staff or residents where really friendly and helpful Can’t wait for the works to be finished we will deffo be back especially as it’s only 30 mins away for us

The site was a tip, hard standing areas laid maybe 5 years ago have not been kept up, weeds have grown through everywhere, the builders rubble is still there.
No toilets or showers, electricity is metered, make sure you take your own readings, they tried to charge us 200 units for one night stay.

Outstanding stay
I had unexpected week stay over in this Christmas period and couldn't recommend this place enough great facilities, lovely area and most of all was the warm and inviting atmosphere from all the staff and and especially the owner who’s was very accommodating for all my needs
I also enjoyed a couple of very educational riding lessons and a fantastic ride out around the local area and nature reserve
Will certainly be back soon which I have already made my next booking
See use soon guys

We stayed at this site over Easter.
Positives, it is a nice location and very quiet. Great if you love horses too.
Negatives: No statics for hire in site and no internet on the caravan site but these were advertised as available
02.30 am Sunday morning noise and a lot of it. Gate tied up with a piece of rope. They advertise they have CCTV. Rubbish bags dumped on the ground as all rubbish bins full on several occasions. Quite a bit of trash on the site especially at the Eastern end. 5 MPH speed limit advertised but was not enforced.
It could be vastly improved if time and funds were directed at this issues mentioned.
