Came here and was one of the best holidays we have had in France, everything was perfect, ( the pools, the bar, showers and toilets was spotless) my girls loved the chips,
So much to do around the area, we haven't booked a holiday for next year YET but we will probably come back to this lovely site.
Lovely owners are doing a great job here!

I reviewed this site last year. It has to be one of the best sites in France for facilities. I’d give it 10/10 if it had a restaurant rather than just a snack bar, but there’s a nice looking restaurant in the small shopping area at the roundabout as you head into the site. There’s also a nice bakery there.
The site is lovingly cared for and immaculately maintained. I doubt you’d find nicer sanitary facilities anywhere.
We are here in a heatwave again so we are glad of one of the few pitches among trees but the hedges dividing the beautiful grass pitches are maturing and beginning to provide shade from the sun.
The site staff are lovely and very proud of the site they have created.
I can’t recommend highly enough. Don’t miss this gem.

Only changes from the preceding accurate reviews - the second sanitary block is open. The showers are all friendly for people with disabilities with loo (bog roll supplied) whb and great adjustable shower.
There are only a limited number of pitches with shade which was really essential in late June 2018 when we visited. The new hedges and trees need a couple of years to heighten.
There are cycleways from the gates leading to a Voie Verte which is most pleasant to cycle or walk in both directions. We had mirabelles (wild plums) which were delicious growing on our huge pitch.
Snack bar sells just that, but also take away chips - good value.
The free site wifi is ok - about 4mb.
This will develop into a superb site as it matures. We’d certainly come back.

This is a very pleasant site at the foot Pujols. Access is easy and well signposted though reception is closed out of season until 3pm; however the very helpful staff let us in and did the booking later. Bread etc. Can be ordered. ACSI accepted 15 euros. Pitches are grassed and delineated by hedging/shrubs. The site is very open and the pitches are big some of them very big (enough for two caravans with awnings). The electricity is 16amp and there is water at most pitches. Wifi is site wide and free but rather slow. There is an Auchan supermarket quite close (2 km) for fuel and shopping. Villeneuve itself is worthy of a wander has little to hold the attention. Pujols is 'un de plus beau villages' but I've visited better; allow and hour for wander about up there - the views are worth the visit.
Showers and toilets are clean and well kept but there are only three showers available. It looks as if another block is under construction. There is a section the site given over to statics.
There is some road noise but it we didn't find it a problem before 8am or after 7pm.

Lovely peaceful site, very quiet during our 4 night stay, all facilities were spotlessly clean, extremely friendly and helpful owners, Acsi card usable til 02/07 but 10% discount for caravan club members at other times. Town well worth a visit, ten minute bike ride away and hilltop bastide of Pujols is a must see, 40 minute uphill hike or accessible by car. The site is still quite new so not a lot of shade but highly recommended.

Very friendly wardens, who even gave us a key to the adjacent sports field so that we could exercise the dogs. Very new and therefore open site, but well placed for both Villeneuve sur Lot (walking distance) and Pujols. Quiet when we were there and mainly used by Brits and Dutch touring in motorhomes. Good base for visiting the surrounding area. ACSI cost 12 euros per night.

Situated beneath the hill that leads to the bastide of Pujols and walking distance from the bustling and interesting town of Villeneuve Sur Lot, this site has a reasonable heated size pool and has been recently opened. There is not a great deal of shade on most of the site with many of the trees on site being on the young side. It was very quiet for August but perhaps that is due to the newness of the site. The children had plenty to do including horse and cart rides around town from the campsite gates and a bike trial organised by a local club. Immediately adjacent to the site a ring road was being built - will be interesting to see how that affects what was a very peaceful site!
