What a delightful small site this is.
Basic, but spotlessly clean, facilities; well spaced out grass and hardstanding pitches; very peaceful with no road noise at all - and just a short drive to the ferry port at Lymington.
We only stayed one night as we were on our way to the Isle of Wight, but we'd certainly stop here again if/when we are next in the area.

Don’t want to leave a review.
Too many would find out about it and make it busy for us.
Best site on the south coast and easy to get too.
Great for Southampton, Portsmouth, Lymington, Bournemouth.

This is situated behind a bungalow with out-buildings. The field is surrounded by trees and bushes, and the lane in has roses and fragrant shrubs.
The amenities are in old buildings, and are clean and serviceable. There are separate male and female loos, the doors kept open when not in use, so no queues. Did not check the shower/s as use own facilities, but one for each gender.
Very peaceful friendly site, pity had to move on. Only problem was trying to pay before we left!
Pub within walking distance, small parade of shops one and half mile away.
Booked ferry to Isle of Wight for day, very easy ferry crossing with dog.
Lymington good place to shop/eat/see Marina.
Could have stayed longer, price average, no metered EHU.

Have used this site a few times now, and it is idyllic, peaceful and tranquil.
The facilities are absolutely fine and clean. The site is kept neat and tidy.
Contrary to previous reviews there is a pub and a shop in the village about 10 minutes walk away.
For us it is a really lovely site and meets our needs.

Lovely and peaceful. Very simple with toilets and a shower, but clean and well maintained.
Nicely spaced out between pitches, hand sanitisers around for everyone to use.
Owners available for any queries but not interfering in any way.
A very relaxing atmosphere away from the troubles of the world.
Highly recommended.

A lovely quite site with one loo for each sex and one shower room to share. No wash up facilities. Bit of a faf getting rid of waste water. Run by a nice old bloke.
No where to walk to from the site, no pub or shop nearby. However the surrounding seaside town of Milford on Sea is lovely.
Lymington, a favourite place, not too far, a must is to follow the town trails, pick up leaflet from Tourist info. The longest trail takes you via harbours and through nature reserves and back into town. Difficult to find a parking space in car parks but we found plenty eventually on Avenue Road where you can park for 3 hours free and s only 7 mins walk to the high street. Great chip shop on high street.
The campsite is also a great location for the new forest.
I must mention that this is not a family site.
