The site is beautiful, facilities good, but pitches quickly turn muddy in rain. Biggest negative was that socialising with new found friends is positively discouraged, except 5-7pm at the 'reception area'! We were made to feel like naughty schoolchildren because we were talking out in the open at 10pm one night! Strongly suggest they advertise the 'after dark absolute campsite noise curfew' on their website or not get upset when people wish to talk and socialise. A shame, but we won't be returning.

'A little piece of heaven' We stayed here in August and loved it. The pitch was large though we did have an overly big tent which took up most of the space we did get an extra pitch thrown in which gave us ample space though it was on a slightly lower level but private and had both sun and shade. Showers etc always clean (take your own loo paper) You can buy tokens for the hot water for shower and washing up.
The pool is lovely and the views are amazing. The whole site is quiet and well kept. Whilst we were there we were able to buy wine for 3. 50 Euros (keep bottle and get it refilled - great system and great wine)
Would most definitely stay again. Owners are friendly and helpful and speak good English. Apparently not many UK visitors. Book it and go is my advice.
Lovely places to visit in area. Nearest shop is approx 10 mins drive but lots of supermarkets in Apt. Adult only (bonus) Absolutely recommend this site.

We stayed for a month (June / July) at this delightful camp site - is there a better recommendation? Populated by mainly Dutch people with the occasional Belgium folk, its a delightfully, quiet, relaxed natural site overlooking the Luberon hills, and pitch 4 is enormous! There are pitches in the full sun or shade. Nicole and Madeleine run the site and would like more English visitors. We were the only Brits on the site. Older children can go but only in school holidays so we were blessed with an 'adults only' site for our stay. Hi hly recommended for a stay in Provence, near Apt and many of the 'Year in Provence' hill top villages made famous by Peter Mayle. Lacoste is the best in our opinion, and the most original. Be prepared for lavender and sunflower fields, lots of sun and wine on site at 3 euros a bottle - cheers!
