Quite possibly the worst CS we have ever stayed at! The photos on the CCC site when booking didn’t contain the industrial units adjacent to the site, which caused lots of noise from 7am eveey day.
The facilities were not good at all, the Elsan point was broken and emitted smells during the day, really nice if you’re situated near it and sitting outside your caravan!
Owners not on site, we met them once when they came onto site but they didn’t introduce themselves.
Access right off a fast, busy road so good luck pulling out onto it!
All in all, it would be ok for a one night stopover due to its location but that’s it and we definitely wouldn’t ever go back!

Ideal stop for the night.
Toilet block water waste and electric.
If staying longer there is a bus stop, just outside the entrance.
If you have a car, there are plenty to see in the area.

Been. Coming here several years beautiful views, very peaceful facilities basic but very clean etc
Access to many sightseeing ventures. Owners very supportive many leaflets left.
Pet friendly,
I believe costs very reasonable and have been to. Many sites which charge in excess

OK for a stop over enroute, was expecting a working farm site not two large warehouses in extreme proximity used for storage for a removal company.
Plus side for the site it's level on grass,
Toilet facilities basic but clean,
Found the tariff a tad expensive at £15 per nt including electric for a building site.

Great basic site.
The owners Graham and Judith are lovely and welcoming but leave you alone to enjoy your stay.
Despite its location between the A38 and the motorway, the traffic sound isn't too intrusive and the open views across the fields are lovely.
There is hard standing and grass (all with hook up available) and you can pitch anywhere. The toilets are basic but clean and have lots of information leaflets on local attractions.
We have stayed several times over the winter as we have family near by and have enjoyed every stay. We even met other caravanners more than once when are regulars here (which was lovely and shows the site is appreciated).
We hope to stay here again many times.
