 Whilst the site still has the 5 CL there is now a further 6 or 7 pitches that are booked for non members.
All pitches are hardstanding with electric. The CL pitches are sloping, the newer non CL are level and they have water and waste on pitch. The CL has a water tap for all just off the pitches.
Loos and showers in portacabins, in ladies 5 loos, 3 showers a few wash basins. (Men's similar). Piping hot water and although they don't look so good they are very clean and functional.
There is a washing up sink and a washing machine, again plenty of hot water for washing up.
Great views down towards glimpses of the sea. Roads are very quiet and although narrow in places not a problem for bigger motorhomes and caravans.
No shops nearby, stock up as it's a good 20 minutes down to Colwyn Bay but from there it's perfect for Llandudno and Conwy. Or head for Snowdonia park approx half an hour away. There aren't many good walks as local farms had 'no walkers' signs and the nearest public footpath was gated and locked. So you will to drive to find walks other than the lanes.
Less than 10 minutes easy walk from the site to the Holland Arms for food and drinks. Open Friday to Tuesday 12-3 and 6-9, closed Wednesday and Thursday. Very popular so may need to book
A really good little site, £20 for 2 adults with electric on CL and £22 on non CL.

Myself and my husband stayed with Carolyn and Dil over the bank holiday weekend. It is a lovely Adult only, Caravan Club CL site, with beautiful views over the Welsh countryside.
The site is on a working sheep and beef farm in a lovely peaceful, quiet location. Access route is given in the Caravan Club listing, don't be tempted to follow the satnav as the lane it wants you to go on is very tight.
Toilet / showers are separate male /female porta cabin style, there's plenty of toilets, showers and wash hand basins. A nice touch is bottles of perfume on the counter above the wash basins in the ladies. It is a little walk from your pitch to the toilet block but not a problem.
Pitches are hard standing stones so rock pegs are needed. Mobile phone signal was good and we even got TV reception from our indoor TV aerial. Wifi is available on the pitch.
The site is in a good posititon for touring North Wales, Snowdon, Anglesey, Conwy, Llandudno etc, are all within easy reach.
Myself and my daughter returned with the dogs for a few nights at the end of August and we will go back when in the area again.
