Large pitch, very pleasant surroundings, clean and tidy facilities.
However arrival was poor. No one available until 5pm and gate closed. Had to ask someone for code and then sorted our own pitch. Not sure reservation had been made.
Knowing this would visit again as it is a good location

We use this campsite often. The previous reviewer has described the site in detail so I will just add a few comments:
The mature trees overhang most pitches to give shade in the heat of the summer.
Watch out for mosquitoes if you decide to pitch near the river.
There is a TV room which shows selected programmes in French which was a bonus for us when we arrived during the World Cup Football tournament. We were able to watch with supporters from other European countries. The receptionist has the key if the room is locked.
The Intermarche supermarket is excellent and you can get fuel there.
The town itself is interesting but a good climb up from the campsite.
We find the approach from Junction 49 of the A20 the easiest because the campsite is on the left as you drive towards Donzenac.
We have camped here several times and would recommend it highly.

We used this site as a stop over on the way to Carcassonne. It is ideally situated near the A20 and close to Brive-la-Gaillarde. The site has a mixture of cabins and camping pitches and is situated next to the local swimming pool.
The reception was efficiently run and we were allowed to choose our own pitch. The pitches are flat, clearly marked and generally well kept. There is one wash block which has been refitted in recent years. It is clean and there are good showers and washing cubicles. There is a small play area, including a ping pong table and small reading room. Internet access is available.
The site is a short walk / drive from Donzenac. The village has several restaurants and also some interesting buildings. We ate at the pizza restaurant in the market square and this was adequate for our needs. There is an Intermarche supermarket directly outside the camp site, which makes it very useful for topping up food and fuel before returning to the autoroute.
The site is perfect for an overnight and probably good for a longer stay.
