Lovely set up with fully serviced pitches.
No toilet or showers on site.
Good dog walk behind site.
Short distance to Gardenstown for a lovely Elies cafe and walk to Crovie.
Cullykhan beach is a fab little beach for swimming.
Little shed with eggs and honey and cakes.
A week was a little too long to find things to do every day but a perfect space for chilling out.

Excellent site and lovely owners/wardens. Very clean and tidy and all amenities close at hand.
Outstanding countryside views and great wee villages at Crovie, Gardenston and Pennan.
Banff close by for golf, Macduff/Tarlair and and pennan to reprise Local Hero.
Definitely a return visit before the end of the summer.

Very nice tidy site.
Extended to include licensed site behind CL so now has total of 14 pitches all with electric and water and grey waste drains.
Owner Linda really friendly and helpful.
At busier times she has homemade cakes for sale and honey and eggs.
No toilet or shower so you must be self sufficient.

A very pleasant site in lovely surroundings.
The site has been extended in pitch numbers since we were last here before the covid pandemic and this has been done very nicely without giving it a 'big site feel'.
Linda the owner was very helpful

What a lovely site! Spacious and well cared for with ample sized pitches. We stayed 3 nights over the Queen's Jubilee weekend.
Linda was very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the surrounding area. , which is beautiful.
On Friday evening it was a fish and chip supper was available, apparently a one off due to the jubilee, and a free afternoon tea on Saturday! We didn't partake in the latter as we were out and about enjoying the beautiful local area.
We would definitely return.

Really nice small CL site. Water and electric on each pitch but no WCs or Showers.
Excellent site owners, really helpful and chatty. Very windy at the time of our visit.
Good local drives into some very pretty fishing villages and historic coastal communities.
First class locally caught fish and good prices too.

This is an absolute gem of a site. If you've never been to Banffshire then this is the perfect base to explore this historic county.
The recently extended site offers spacious hard standing fully serviced pitches with free WiFi. For those who don't carry a pipe to take advantage of the on-pitch grey water drainage point, there's a motorhome service point with a drive over drain. Dog owners get a dedicated dog walk with a bin for waste, too. And Linda, the owner couldn't be more helpful she also has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the local area.
The nearby picturesque village of Gardenstown has an hotel and two shops, the one at the top also sells petrol & diesel.
The road down to the harbour is very steep and winding with several tight bends. If like myself you have a motorhome with a long overhang at the rear you might think it wiser to park near to the top and walk down. The harbour and Seatown are well worth the visit. And the walk back up the brae will give your heart a good workout.
In nearby MacDuff there's a selection of shops, cafe's & pubs. There are also two Chinese takeaways. One of which, China Town, will deliver to the site (very good it is too!)

Gamrie Bay is a lovely quiet site. Very well signposted from the main road, very easy to find. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained.
Linda kindly allocated us a pitch with an amazing view. Unfortunately our weather was pretty bad on Saturday night but Sunday morning arrived with beautiful blue skies so we could enjoy the view while walking our dog.
Hope we manage another visit in summer when we can enjoy the site and visit more of the surrounding area.

What a discovery. Just out of the way with great view. Linda the site owner so personable and helpful.
Basic facilities but all good quality well placed easy to use. Do think twice about cycling or walking down to Gardenstown you have to get back. There is a defib half way!
However it's a beautiful village well worth the visit.
This is a great site would use it again.

Lovely quite spot in well maintained grounds and a lovely friendly host who squeezed us in a short notice.
Felt very welcome, especially considering our late arrival. Thank you 😊
