We booked this site due to it's location as my husband is disabled and unable to walk far and it certainly was the right decision, small walk and your in the middle of upton. We went for the blues festival 💙.

The owners were so helpful & really nice people which put us at ease.

Site is lovely and clean & the locals on the site were so friendly.

Would definitely return 😊

We found this caravan site at short notice as previous site we had booked was cancelled because of flooding

It is a small family site

We were so pleased with it

We have booked to return

On leaving we had a problem with a flat battery but the residents got me started

New toilet block spotless and site owners very helpful

We stayed here at the beginning of August. We turned up at the site and we waited for someone to come and meet us. But after 15/20 minutes no one turned up. We couldn't get on to the site as hates where locked. Then a local man came out and opened the top gate.

We tried ringing and texting the owners of the site. But to no avail. Even the local couldn't get through.

None of the toilet black was finished. I had to have showers in the van as I'm disabled and couldn't use the disabled shower as it was just a dumping ground with building stuff. The other toilets wasn't finished either.

The hand drier was up and working but no the sink hadn't been installed. So my hubby had to come back to the van to wash his hands. That if very unhygienic. We were charged the full price as well. But to say the locals where all lovely and friendly.

Pubs and cafes good to and the food. Mmm. Lovely walk along the side of the river plus picnic areas just to sit there and take in the lovely views and sound of the river 7 and the birds.

Its such a small town but with a very big heart ❤️.

Site is ideally located within a 5 min walk of Upton town centre.

Walk under the bridge to a large meadow/field that is ideal for giving the dog a great run.

The new owners have really worked on the site and it is great, the hardstanding pitches are great and level, with astro turf to the side for your chairs/awning.

Water points at convenient positions throughout the site.

The owners were v friendly and constantly keeping the site clean and tidy.

Have heard there is a new toilet block on the cards which is only thing that could be modernised.

Will definitely be returning when we can

Toilets that disgusting I washed in a bucket outside. Superb position for the town and a nice picnic area close. Right next to a noisy road, we could put up with this as it is in a great position but when we arrived were shocked to find a £22 a night cost !

I have never written a bad review ever before, however, we booked two nights but left 9 00am after the first night.

The toilets were dirty! Not only that you had to pay a £5 deposit for the key. We were put next to the toilets! It was £22. 00 per night (glad we only paid for one night to start with)

Most of the other caravans seemed to stay there, it was like staying in a caravan storage centre. The people walking to the toilets were walking around 3 foot from our front window and you could hear the flushing of the toilets in our van.

There was a height restriction so you have to wait for the owner to let you in and out.

We got woken up by the regulars talking extremely loudly and at with their dogs 'yapping' at 11:30pm as they stumbled home from the pubs

There were 'cctv' pictures up of a man who had broken into the toilets to steal the shower money. (which I assume you have to pay for) we weren't their long enough to find out.
