 We stayed at this site while visiting friends in Civray. The site a 5 minute walk from town which has bars, restaurants, shops and a launderette. There is a market in the square twice a week. This is a municipal site and the shower and toilet block was quite basic. The site is run by Clotilde who speaks excellent English, it is on the side of the river, a bridge gives you access to a park and play ground. There are canoes for hire & a mini-golf. There is a restaurant on the site which is open until 10 at night. There are mobile homes and chalets for hire. Supermarkets, Lidl, Super U, Intermarche and Leader Price are only a 3 minute car journey. This site charges 13euros a night including ehu, a bargain.
