The campsite is in a great location. Easy to find and get to and only 15 mins walk to the town and beach. There are great walks on the cliff tops with amazing views.
We arrived at the campsite at 11. 30am. However, please note the campsite closes from 12pm and then reopens at 3pm. So bear this in mind when arriving. You cannot make a reservation.
The warden is very helpful and asked us if we wanted 5 or 6 amp. She speaks very good English. The facilities are a bit dated but do the job.
Overall a medium sized campsite in a great location and great value. Would highly recommend.

We loved this camp site at Etretat. It was flat, had good shower and washing up facilities with plenty of hot water, laundry facilities if required, was quiet and well laid out and only 10 minutes walk into the town.
We were camping with a tent and car and chose a pitch without electricity, but could easily have chosen one with.
The majority of the pitches were taken up with campervans, but we felt this was to be expected for a municipal camp site.
The price was very reasonable, although differed from that on their web site.
Madam, who ran the place, arrived twice a day, in the morning and after lunch to check people in and generally make sure all ok.
Have read bad reviews about the site because of communication problems but we found her perfectly friendly and helpful - in the manner of a concierge, and she was fine with speaking English.
We would definitely return.

We spent the last two nights of the site's 2018 season on 13th and 14th October. The pitches are all well maintained with grass kept short. The facilities are a little old but clean and were fine though the shower stalls are a little on the small side. Bread van calls in the morning around 8. 30am.
The site is about 15 minutes walk into the lovely town where there are lots of cafes and restaurants. The walks along th cliffs are stunning. We will definitely return. We tried calling into this town a couple of years ago on our way through this part of France but it was an incredibly busy sunny Sunday so nowhere to park. It does get busy here and it is not possible to book a pitch apparently.

The main part of the site was full so we used theur adjacent camper van park.
The site and the area gets busy - but it's a place worth visiting. The coast and cliffs are absolutely stunning and the town centre is a great place to visit.
Facilities on site are fine - well kept with friendly staff.

This is a fairly simple municipal site but none the worse for that. The welcome was friendly and a reasonable choice of pitched (options of 5 or 6 amp electrics - polarity reversed on our pitch). Facilities not the most modern but were kept clean while we were there. There is a fairly busy aire next door however given that they could not access the facilities we felt that the site itself was good value (around 14 euros per night).
The town is pleasant enough and an easy walk from the site. Enough shops including a small but adequate Carrefour supermakets and some good boulangeries. Reasonable choice of places to eat too. The star of the show for us would be the cliffs either side of the town - stunning in the sunshine and worth catching illuminated at night.

I thought I'd reviewed this last year.
We stayed here for 3 nights last September. It is a Municiple site but none the worse for that. We hadn't booked & turned up on a Tuesday. We were given the choice of 3 pitches - all were pretty good & level.
The shower facilities were spotless with endless supplies of hot water. They were in a locked compound & you got the code from reception.
Bread van came around daily between 7- 7:30am with bread & pastries.
5 minute walk into Etretat which was a very pleasant seaside town with plenty of places to eat & a couple of very friendly bars to try the regional cider(s). Very nice shingle beach too. There was a very picturesque golf course atop the cliffs which looked amazing - & very hilly.
All in all a little gem that we plan to return to next year.
The wardens didn't speak a word of English - & why should they.

What a good site! It's just on the outskirts of the town so easy to find coming from Le Havre but possibly harder from Calais as I guess you'd have to negotiate narrow, busy streets.
It's a busy municipal site, very popular with friendly French and Italian campervanners during our stay, in fact we hardly saw any other British people in the whole area actually. The reception opens at 9 am and there was a queue each day, by lunchtime the 'site full' sign was up.
The lady on reception was helpful and spoke good English. The toilets and showers were basic but clean and benefited from the glory that is a plug socket in each cubicle (hair straighteners. I think I may do a campsite guide for those plagued with wavy hair!).
The pitches were marked out and well spaced, we were allowed to walk around and pick our own and only had to pay upon leaving. A bread van comes each morning and sells lovely, reasonably priced bread products.
Etretat is highly recommended, it's quaint, bustling and friendly with lots of shops and places to eat and drink. We had our best Muscadet of the holiday in a bar/tabac opposite the car park/bus terminal! We caught a bus to Fecamp one day - a lovely journey costing only €2! There are good cliff top walks around Etretat and a tiny interesting museum on one of the cliffs.
This was our first experience of a municipal and we're definitely converts. The value for money was amazing!
