Absolutely a 100% brilliant site.
The owners are so friendly and helpful it really feels like home with friends.
It is a peaceful site and very easy to get to and set up your caravan.
The facilities are first class and the view from our van over the fishing lake was superb.
Have been many tines and will be back.

We stayed here for two nights. Easy to find. On arrival there was no sign to say where to park your caravan when you go to the house, as a sign instructed. My husband spent 5 minutes trying to find someone. A man appeared and told us we could park on the gravel near the toilets or on the grass (too slippy with all the rain) or by the fishing lake.
We decided to stay on the gravel near the toilets. If you chose somewhere else, the man had a very long extension cord. There was a male and female toilet, which weren’t able to be locked, we tested them, and a unisex shower and toilet room. We ended up using these as on the first afternoon we went to use their toilet emptying facility which was in a small shed near the bins, it was a dirty toilet and a tank in the ground. The smell was vile!
There was no cistern and therefore no way to flush. A long hose was nearby, so we tried to use that without making a mess. The floor was wood and it was hard not to get it wet. We ended up using our van toilet for number ones only and emptied this as we left in one of the regular toilets. We also could not find a grey water disposal area.
The traffic was almost constant, but after sightseeing all day, we don’t find it hard to fall asleep.
There are also fishermen who use the toilets and stay overnight. Some vans were there for storage and the owner had a few he kept for his family staying. The pub over the road was closed, lame excuses were given as to why when we rang, and even when they are open, it is a part time affair.
Could be a good site if a few signs are put up for directions on arrival and where the grey water disposal is and if the toilet emptying problem is solved.

Treedale is a very pleasant well kept site, the facilities are good and kept spotlessly clean.
The fishing lake is well stocked with plenty of fishing pegs. There is also a small fishing tackle shop on site.
You do hear traffic noise but we find it doesn't spoil our enjoyment of the site.
A good variety of small shops and a Post Office in the nearby villages.
Not far to take a drive into Boston for the weekly market and shops.

This is a really nice & well laid out site, the owner is so helpful & the toilet/shower block is wonderful!
There is a lovely fishing lake to walk the dog round & the pub, The Coach House is only 100 yards away & does wonderful food & has a wood burner that we sat around on cold winter nights.
There are grass pitches or you can pitch on the hard standing area.
In fact the only thing I would say that slightly let the site down is the washing up area, it's in an old porta cabin & could do with being replaced.
