Site was easy to find and reception was helpful. WiFi was free and as we pitched near the internet mast, got a very good signal. Pitches were grass, separated by mature hedging and there were a few larger ones for bigger units, at extra cost. Cost for one Motorhome, 2 adults, 3 dogs with electric on a bigger pitch was 50 euros a night, which seemed a little excessive as the pitch wasn’t huge by any means. SAN Marino is a nice town to visit, a little like Assisi but not as old. The shops are mainly geared up for the tourists, selling perfume, cigarettes and various weapons! The number 70 bus picks up outside the campsite and it’s about a 15min ride into the town. There are some outlet shops on the outskirts of the town and fuel is cheaper there.

A terraced site, access roads within site are on the steep side pitches vary in size and there is an extra charge for the larger pitches when using Camping Cheques. Toilets and Showers were modern and kept clean but were limited in number though it was never a problem, staff here were very pleasant and helpful. Very nice restaurant on the site with good service, also used by locals. Bus to San Marino stops at site entrance tickets sold at Camp Reception around 2 Euro each way and takes about 15mins. Twenty minute walk to catch bus to Rimini bus takes about 45 mins, campsite supplies timetable and directions to bus stop, buy tickets from driver.
Arrive in San Marino with least fuel as petrol and diesel is cheaper than in Italy
San Marino is a well kept hill top republic well worth a visit. At a height of around 700m the views out to Rimini and inland are a real treat. Plenty of tourist shops buts its all very neat and tidy, prices very reasonable. There are car parks on the approach to the historic quarter with lifts up but not the easiest of places for anyone with mobility problems

A large municipal type of site. A good check in, we had emailed ahead for a quote but when we arrived the price was cheaper than quotes? Not sure why as we didn't query just took the price which was €4 per night less. Reception staff all speak good English are very helpful.
The site is well kept, large pitches mostly on tiers with ehu. Showers and toilets appear to have been totally refitted inside, they were heated with plenty of piping hot water. As the site was quiet only the mens facilities were open so shared with the ladies – all separate showers and loos so it was fine.
There is a pizza restaurant on site, lovely food, takeaway available.
Large swimming pool (summer) and plenty of tennis courts, children's play areas, football pitches and even a skate park.
A bus runs from campsite up to historic town a couple of time a day for €2. The town is amazing, views out over the country and Italy for miles. You can walk along the top of the ramparts to the iconic towers. Its a fair way to walk to the historic town - all up hill and fairly steep. There are three or four large shopping complex in the opposite direction about 4 km away.
Overall for such a large site we were impressed that it was very clean and tidy, pitches were some of the largest we have seen, staff were friendly and the Republic of San Marino is certainly worth visiting, this is the only campsite in the country!
