Quirky campsite on old industrial gas works. All amenities basic but ok, plenty hot water for showers, washing up etc. Pitches very close to each other, ok as seems to be used as stopover for Berlin visits. Bier garden ( Bratwurst & chips & the beer was good) was open from 4. 0pm to book on & get key for toilets/shower (€20 refundable deposit cash) then book in at following morning in reception. Have to pay €1 for filling water & extra for shower & electric, but saying that cost less than €20 per night. Wolfgang in reception was very helpful & spoke good English (thanks for advice on route into Poland, was better than using Autobahn. ) Excellent location for getting into Berlin. 1/2 hr on local train. If staying a few days suggest buying a Berlin Welcome card which can be purchased in reception. Situated on south east side of Berlin so quite easy to get to it from Berlin ring roads.
