 Small site attached to a hotel on the edge of the village of Hortobagy.
All pitches are good sized and on grass with ehu. Toilets / showers are a new block in centre of site and water piping hot with fantastic pressure - best showers we have come across for ages.
There is a small campers kitchen area with washing up, microwave and seating area. Wifi is free across the site. You can order meals including breakfast as the restaurant in the hotel.
The village is at the centre of the Hortobagy National Park, plenty to see and do including museums, bird sanctuary, walks and a large market type area selling leather goods, sheepskin and souvenirs.
We found the hotel / campsite staff really friendly and they spoke good English. We didn't find a tap for water fill so made do with filling with bottles, likewise no chem disp but there are plenty of loos there to us. The site is just off the road but there was no traffic noise at all.
