 A municipal site in the centre of the village. It is attached to the town spa and therefore you have free access to the 4 thermal pools, sauna costs extra at approx £1.
The site is large but very well maintained, big pitches but the grass is pretty much worn away so when wet it is a bit muddy. Toilets / showers are older than the ark but immaculate - rather like a museum facility block. Piping hot water with fantastic water pressure.
Free wifi on site, available on all pitches. Water taps on every other pitch as was grey waste drains. Chem disp available. The campsite warden spoke perfect English and was lovely and helpful.
The village centre is less than 5 minutes walk with a small assortment of shops. Lidl is opposite the site and Tesco 15 minutes walk away.
The main attraction other than the spa is the lake, 70 km cycle path all the way around, plenty of watersports area, jet skiing, boat trips etc. Etc.
For aprox €15 a really good site that is ideally situated for the Lake Tisza and the free thermal spa is a real bonus.
