 On the edge of seaside resort, a wonderful small site akin to a CL in the UK but with a few more pitches. Just 2 minutes walk hrough the sand dunes onto the beach.
Pitches divided with low hedging, all with ehu, chem disp and water fill / empty both easily available. Wifi free across site.
Showers / loos immaculate with piping hot water. Safe and secure site, with gates locked overnight and owners house in grounds.
The site is well run and beautifully maintained, the owners speak no English (only Latvian and Russian) but easy enough to converse with using gestures.
The village is beautiful, full of wooden chalets of all sizes and types. Lots of new development work taking place with flats and hotels on the edges of town.
Cycle paths run along the side of the beach in both directions.
Pre summer season it was peaceful and a lovely place to visit, would think high summer would be a very busy seaside resort. We paid £7 per night incl wifi, ehu and showers.
