Visited at the end of April and site very quiet. It's a nice parkland site in the woods with a small lake. We got there just after 6 pm and reception closed for the night but an elderly chap who lives on the site came and unlocked the electricity box to connect us up and gave us his key to the shower block. He had already given a spare key to another couple who had arrived shortly before us so be aware of the opening times if you need to use all the facilities. Registered the next morning with reception. Pitches mainly grass. With reference to previous comments about having to go over kerbs to get to pitches there were some level entrances to the area immediately in front of the reception. Not sure about other areas though. Since it was quiet could easily park near an electricity point but if busy that might not be so easy.
