 Just about the best site I have visited. Perfectly situated, large hardstanding pitches with water and electricity.
Good restaurant and bar.
Showers continuous hot water and powerful jet, toilets very clean.
Short walk to the beach and a boardwalk which takes you onto the marina.
Supermarket and other bars and restaurants very close by.

This was our fourth long term stay at Bella Vista. Pitches are large with water and waste connections, you will need levelling blocks.
The facilities are clean and worked fine for us including the washing machines and dryers. Others will note the shower cubicles are dated with some locks not working.
The chemical waste disposal point is a bit of a walk from some pitches but wasn't a problem for us. Site staff are helpful and polite.
Access to the beach and "promenade" is easy, you can walk left to the Marina at Duquesa and beyond to Sabinillas where there are restaurants, bars and shops and a market on Fridays. Turn right and you can walk alongside the beach through a Nature Reserve.
Our two concerns are the cost which is getting to a point we as pensioners cannot afford and the inflated cost for pets where nothing is provided.
Despite these two issues the site is mostly well used and for us is one of the best overall that we have used for long term stays.

Nice site, the facilities toilets are beautiful, for the elderly and young mums alike everything you need. Our stay was only 2 days but my son/wife baby stayed for three weeks.
Full electrics for my coffee and toast in a morning, as the bar isn't open when I wake up 7am haha, not surprising that.
A 10min drive to large supermarket also a nice little shop on site should you forget or run out of bread etc,
Walks on the beach, a beach bar 5 mins walk away, swimming pool + toddler pool area,
The site is well kept and there is room for the larger campers/caravans.
Dislikes NONE.

Great site this. Excellent clean facilities. Electric. Water tap on all pitches. Ideal for visits to Gibraltar and ferries across to morroco. The beach is directly outside the gate at the bottom of the site. I have used this site a number of times. Never had a problem. There is a nice little restaurant on site.
