We returned today from a lovely 2 night break, facilities were very basic as detailed, however very clean. The orchard was lovely, we stayed next to the horses which our daughter loved and she fed them the fruit she picked from the trees around our tent. We were all very happy and will return again.

We were given such a warm welcome here. The site is small and - as it advertises- there is just one tap and one portaloo, however, it's in a pretty location and is really quiet and peaceful. The owners gave us lots of information about the area and we visited Rochester for the day which is definitely worth doing.
It was great to be able to have a campfire in the evening and we were even offered wood from the owners. We were encouraged to pick as much fruit as we wanted to take home.
All in all we had a lovely stay for two nights and would visit the site again.

A really quiet and relaxing place to stay. Basic amenities, but clearly identified as such on web site.
Friendly owners, who are more than willing to help with any problems. Dogs are very welcome. Country lanes to gain access, lane with passing places. Can be a bit tight for larger units but directions are excellent and provide best way of reaching the camp site. Pleasant country walks in surrounding areas, including marshes. Ideal base for reaching historical sites such as Rochester and Chatham as well as other historical sites within a very easily reachable distance.
