 Easily my favourite place to camp in North Cornwall, views are amazing, has the best beaches and super relaxed evenings with the best Cornwall can offer with sunsets and vibrant night skies and stars on a clear evening.
Owners are lovely, grounds well kept and great walks!

Me and my partner recently stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. The owners were friendly and informative about what to do within the area. We would go again as we had a lovely relaxing time.
Tenting:
All the tents and caravans are all spaced out so you do have your privacy and you get to choose where you want to go, so it’s very ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday.
Facilities:
Showers - bathroom facilities were average but manageable. Showers are 20p per minute but it goes very very quickly and goes off without warning, so I suggest taking a few spares in with you. (Esp ladies!)
Water - there’s water taps dotted around and easily accessible.
Things to do:
• The back field has access to the cliffs edge and a bench where you can watch the sunset.
• just down the road is a beach with a coffee shop and parking for around just 80p.
• Tesco is about 15 mins into Padstow which is convenient
- also, it isn’t too far away from the town centre of Newquay, the drive is lovely and I definitely recommend eating at the Mermaid Inn.

Large spacious, relaxed site with sea views and path down to beach. Dirt track leads to two very large fields with lots of space; pitch wherever you want. Ground fine for tent pegs. Drinking water taps at intervals around the perimeter.
Facilities basic but ok; one smallish block for both fields. Three WC's in the gents (no loo roll left at 6am, be warned, might be long walk back to your tent for supplies!). Two showers in the gents too which take 20p's (outside the shower cubicle) - I shower very quickly with no messing. Get wet, lather, rinse, done but 20p didn't last anywhere near long enough.
Friendly owner/warden came to collect fees at teatime. £6 for one adult, tent, motorbike which was just right. I liked the site and would use again. There would need to be a lot of units to make this place feel crowded. If you want to avoid the holiday parks and statics which are all over this coast, then I reckon you'd like it too.
